Shipping policy

Immediately after delivery of the PurityBox shipment, the buyer is obliged to carefully check:

• whether the packaging is damaged
  
• whether the shipment number on the package corresponds to the number specified in the documentation.

The buyer must immediately notify the courier if there is any damage to the packaging or the product. In case of a damaged shipment, the buyer must contact the seller and provide details. In case of poor quality or damaged product, the client has the right to an immediate refund upon receipt of a photo showing the damaged product to the Seller's email.

The approximate delivery time is 4-5 working days. The term starts from the moment PurityBox receives the payment to the checking account or when the credit card authorization is approved. The estimated delivery time may be longer than indicated if the ordered products are not currently available, or if you received the online purchase confirmation during the weekend or public holidays.
